What are the requirements in renting a vehicle/motorcycle for self drive?
1. 50% deposit to reserve a unit.
   *It's Non-Refundable but it can be rebook within the next 6 months.
   *Full payment upon release of unit.
2. Valid Driver's License (at least 24 years old). It can be local or foreign driver's license.
3. Valid Passport or any Government issued ID.
   *We will collect one ID and it will be returned to you upon end of rental. (The ID collected will be stored in a safebox)
4. Proof of Billing.
   *Not necessary under your name but residing in that address.
   *Preferably Electric/Water /Credit Card or PLDT or Cable
4. Emergency contact number of immediate family member including Facebook account.


How can I reserve a vehicle?
Just make a call or PM us and inquire which vehicle might be available on the day you wanted a car to rent.  If the car you want will be available on the day you need it, you must drop by our office located in Dibua South and pay the reservation fee or send your payment thru bank transfer/remittance centers. To reserve a vehicle on weekends, holidays or want an advanced bookings, please make your reservation as early as possible. We do require 50% deposit for advanced bookings. 

Can I use my Foreign Driver's License in the Philippines?
Yes, you can. Foreign valid Driver's License can be used in the Philippines for up to 90 days after their arrival provided that their license is in English.

Where can I pickup/return the vehicle?
You can pick up/return the vehicle in Lubnac, Vintar or Dibua South, Laoag City.  We can also deliver the vehicle anywhere in Ilocos Norte or Ilocos Sur for your convenience. Delivery fee applies depending on location. 

It seems that the price varies from day to day, how and why?
We often stick (not increase) to our price during peak season (weekends and holidays). Somehow, regular clients with good records still can avail our discount. During off peak, our rates will get even lower.

 How to avail discounts?
Any Renter with good rental records can avail discounts. OFW/Balikbayans are given big discounts depending on number of days to rent.

 Do you issue/give receipt to clients?
Yes, we do have Official Receipt (OR) to be issued to our clients.  Ollie's Rent a Car is registered business entity and complies with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulation.

 How can you compare / differentiate your rates with other car rentals?
Most car rentals claim to have the lowest rates for their vehicles, you can compare their units and prices from us. Competitors usually show you dummy pictures  (not an actual unit picture) and offer only 10 hours, we offer 24 hours of rental of our latest model units.

 For "With Driver" services, what are the requirements and how much?
No requirements needed, we just need the payment, an additional of P800 as driver's fee (for 8 hours, overtime pay is 500/hour) plus the amount of Fuel consumption, driver's meal and accommodation (If needed).
This is applicable for small car like sedans 2016 to 2019 models and the trip is  within Ilocos Norte and Vigan only. We can also provide all-in rates.
Rates and Driver's fee for Out-of-Town/Beyond boundaries trip will be computed based on distance and number of days.

Can I reserve for a specific color and car make?
Yes of course, however, in some instances if the  car you reserved cannot be release to you for whatever reasons.  We will give you a replacement car that will match the standards of the vehicle you prefer. For instance, if you reserve a Toyota Vios, automatic, all power, we'll be giving you either the same model or even higher model- with All Power features as well.
